Village News
The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

-----The Current Plot ------
The continent Ealya, also known as The Southern Land, is a cradle of life. Here, minds are open wide, magic flows through most living things in some way- And, alongside it, science and technology have thrived. Long ago, Dragons and humanoid races came together in a joint understanding. In honor of the first riders that ended a war ages ago, every year, sometimes more often than once a year, the eggs of the dragons are hatched, and the offspring are given a choice of fresh minds to bond to. Upon bonding to a humans or elves, the new rider pairs will learn and grow together in harmony- though, at times, a dragons personality will clash with its riders, or vise versa!

This harmony of riders and dragons went unbroken for a long time, but about One Hundred fifty Five years ago, a giant egg was laid in Nondir, and hatched a Death elemental dragon, the first titan of Death. He bonded to a human with high ambition. After some time, after leaving with nearly the entire clutch of his own birth, either by threat or through bribery, the pair and its followers had gathered as many others as would follow them, and they challenged the emperors rule over the city. In the time the titan had been gone, he grew to maturity in an astonishingly slow time- big enough to challenge- and kill - the resident Emperor and his Titan Dragon.

A great war broke out- the Death Titan spreading chaos and darkness and ultimately, death to all that opposed him- including the Emperor's Titan of Forest. With the dying breath of the Forest Titan, the lush Eden of a land burned up with the Death Titan's evil essence. Those who survived the onslaught sought to escape if they could, but few made it. The eggs on the sands in the rookery at the time of take over were quickly altered through the dark magic that whispered through the Death Dragon's heart, hatching a terrible, evil horde of dragons......

-----The Site Story------
The continent Ealya, also known as The Southern Land, is a cradle of life. Here, minds are open wide, magic flows through most living things in some way- And, alongside it, science and technology have thrived. Long ago, Dragons and humanoid races came together in a joint understanding. In honor of the first riders that ended a war ages ago, every two years,  the eggs of the dragons are hatched, and the offspring are given a choice of fresh minds to bond to. Upon bonding to a humans or elves, the new rider pairs will learn and grow together in harmony- though, at times, a dragons personality will clash with its riders, or vise versa!

This harmony of riders and dragons went unbroken for a long time, but about One Hundred sixty years ago, a Titan dragons egg was laid in Nondir, and hatched into a Death elemental dragon, the first titan of Death, Illirian. Forced to bond to an evil elven Emperor, Vicarous, and stolen away to grow only to return and raise hell in the country of the titans birth after having left prior with nearly the entire clutch of his own birth, either by threat or through bribery, the pair and its followers had gathered as many others as would follow them, and they challenged the emperors rule over the city. In the time the titan had been gone, he grew to maturity in an astonishingly slow time- big enough to challenge- and kill - the resident Emperor and his Titan Dragon...And everyone else of royal or high blood. Any candidate that did not bond was slain that day- To prevent anyone from ever saving Illirian from the control of the False Emperor. To read more, see
The Fall of Nondir

-----Current & Upcoming Events------
Peace is such a fragile, delicate thing. It is easily broken, and yet it has reigned these last two years thanks only to the ritual cease-fire that came with the laying and hatching of dragon's eggs. Even in Nondir, a land of death and strife, new life and new bonds are valued, if only to strengthen the usurper Emperor Vicarous' army. These new young dragons and their riders are of more use to him alive than dead--barely.

But time passes quickly when you're busy learning, training, and strengthening the bond with your dragons to be a lethal and effective force on the battlefield- hardly enough time to choose where you might go once you have graduated. Do you stay in Nondir, reveling in its darkness? Or do you take refuge in the magic-infused land of Lomira? Or perhaps the neutral Iaramira, woodland realm of the elves, is more to your liking. Unless, of course, you prefer to shun war entirely and find a home in the technologically advanced city of Aesulla.

Or... or, perhaps, you seek to help build a new dynasty. For there was a new Titan born, and a new Empress made. She, who is the sworn enemy of all Vicarous stands for, the survivor of the mad slaughter, the one whom Illirian was stolen from, is in need of the strong, the bold, the brave to help build her new city, her new empire. Vicarous knows this, and he does all in his power to try and stop it.Two years is not a long time at all, far too swift a moment to bask in even a tenuous era of peace. Now the young dragons are grown, and they must choose a side--and hope they live to tell about it.

---Upcoming---
The Courting Flights are on the way and that means a new hatching season is fast approaching! Candidates from all over are heading to Aesulla to prepare for the hatching- In this Neutral City, during the Wyrmling Season, there is no ceasefire of the war, which means it could be more dangerous than many years prior. All out war is looming, and with the Life, Death, and Crystal Titans at war, candidates are needed now more than ever to bolster the armies.

Where will your allegiances lie?
